How many claw machines are there?

Papois features 15 skill-based claw machines, plus our specialty Lucky 10 machine and Cut to Win challenge. Each one is filled with plushies, collectibles, and limited-edition prizes.

How much does it cost to play?

Claw machines take 1–2 tokens per play, while Lucky 10, Cut to Win, and gachapon machines range from 2–4 tokens, depending on the prize.

Are your claw machines fair?

Yes. Every machine at Papois is skill-based—no hidden settings or tricks. The more you play, the better your timing and accuracy become.

Can I rent or buy a claw machine?

Yes. Machines are available for rental starting around $400 (includes plushies, delivery, and setup) or for purchase if you’d like one for your home or business. Visit our Rentals & Sales page or ask our team in-store for details.

Plushies, Prizes & Collectibles

What can I win?

Our machines are stocked with a rotating mix of kawaii plushies and collectible items that change with every shipment.

Can I trade in my prizes?

Yes. You can trade smaller plushies toward larger ones at our Prize Counter.

Do you sell blind boxes?

Yes. Blind boxes are sold separately in our retail section—they’re not claw prizes. We carry mystery figures and mini collectibles from top brands such as Pop Mart and Top Toy.

What are gachapon machines?

Gachapons are Japanese capsule machines. Insert your tokens, twist the handle, and a capsule drops containing a mystery collectible figure. Every play wins a prize, and part of the fun is not knowing which character you’ll get.

How do I find out when new items arrive?

Follow @PapoisPlushies on Instagram or ask in-store. New plushies and collectibles arrive frequently.

Treats & Events

Do you sell food or drinks?

Yes. Papois serves ice cream and sweet treats to enjoy while you play. Guests may also bring small snacks or drinks if they prefer.

Do you host private parties or events?

Yes. We offer private arcade parties with full access to all machines, prizes, and plenty of photo opportunities. Visit our Party Booking page for package details.

Is Papois family-friendly?

Absolutely. Papois is built for families, friends, and anyone who loves playful competition and cute prizes.

Where are you located?

We’re in St. George, Utah — about 45 minutes from Zion National Park. Look for the pink lights and wall-to-wall plushies; that’s Papois.
